I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service during my recent stay at your hotel. This booking was meant to be a special occasion, as it was both my anniversary and my wife’s birthday. Prior to arrival, I was assured that a good room and thoughtful service would be provided to make the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, none of this was delivered. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was extremely disappointing. There was no effort made to acknowledge or accommodate the special occasion. The room itself was poorly prepared, with insufficient water provided. I had also made a reservation for dinner in advance, yet nothing was pre-arranged. We were left waiting a long time before anyone even came to take our order, which added to the frustration. The room service experience was equally poor. The staff member on the phone was rude, and the food took over an hour to arrive. Even a simple request for water took nearly three hours, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, what was meant to be a meaningful and celebratory stay turned into a very disappointing experience due to the lack of basic service standards and hospitality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other guests do not face similar issues.

Everything is good , but the shame is the hotel not providing any slippers for the customers. Other than that everything is perfect location, entertainment. Cinema and bowling within walking distance.
